The "DH Family", comprised of faculty, support staff, administrators, students and families, is the lifeblood of our school. Each group works together to make our school successful. Our dedicated faculty and staff are child-centered advocates for middle-level education. Each educator recognizes the potential in every student and the importance of communication with the home.
We rely heavily on support from our Home and School Association. This fantastic group helps to fund several school programs and also organizes their own events to get children and families involved around the school. I cannot stress enough how important it is for parents to remain just as involved in their child's life in middle school as they were in elementary school. Helping out this organization is a great way to stay connected and informed about everything happening around our busy school.
